Computer Services
We define computer services as anything having to do with computers – set up, maintenance, recovery, networking (wired and wireless), upgrade, update, replacement, so on and so forth.
We like to be able to offer the complete package to people, not get them started, then pass them off to someone else. We can help you choose a new system, get it configured with any upgrades and updates, then get it set up for you and maintain that system over the long term with any software and/or hardware updates it may need.
Here’s a short list of some of the computer services offered -
- Upgrade hardware
- Upgrade and update software
- Set up wired/wireless network
- Malware/virus sanitization and recovery
- Data recovery
- Hard drive wipe
- Initial computer set up
- Peripheral set up
- Set up and maintain web, ftp, and e-mail servers
Hello, I’m a Mac
While we use Macs for the vast majority of our day to day business, we gladly help those that choose to use Windows. In fact, most of our computer services business is related to Windows-based computers. Our Macs can safely wade through a virus- and malware-infested Windows hard drive without fear of infection, making it easier and quicker for us to get your computer back to you in good working order.
For those Mac users that have questions or concerns, Steve is an Apple Certified Support Professional 10.6. While he is certified in 10.6 Snow Leopard, he can troubleshoot issues and answer questions about any of Apple’s previously released operating systems.
Adding To and Upgrading Your Current Hardware
We can help you find the right piece of equipment to add to or upgrade your current computer. We have several trusted vendors to get the computer hardware you need. We do not mark up computer hardware. Whatever price we are charged, that’s what you pay. Depending on the nature of the upgrade, there may be an installation fee, but most upgrades can be done with little to no extra cost to you.
