Interesting Safari 4.0.2 Behavior

The easiest way to describe what is going on is to have a look at the screen capture of the issue in action.

No, this isn’t some sort of video voodoo. This seems to only happen in Safari 4.0.2 when a web page is taller than my screen is high.  I’m on a 30″ Apple Cinema Display, so it takes a lot of info on a web page to bring up the scroll bars. If I try and scroll with the arrow keys, the page up/down keys or even scrolling on my mouse, the web page elements start changing some crazy colors.  Refreshing the web page clears the colorization, but once I go to scroll again, the problem comes back up.

Has anybody else noticed this issue? Any ideas on correcting it?
